NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP ACQUIRES 10 WOODSPRING SUITES: Noble Investment Group has acquired 10 WoodSpring Suites located across the Southeastern U.S. Noble Investment plans to make some physical enhancements across the portfolio to improve market positioning and performance. The properties are in markets such as Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Noble has acquired 48 hotels in the last two years and continues to add more properties to its extended-stay travel and hospitality platform.

VIGNETTE COLLECTION TO OPEN IN CAMBODIA

HG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Odom Living Co. Ltd. to open a Vignette Collection-branded hotel in Phnom Penh in 2027. The 50-room Vignette Collection Phnom Penh Odom will be part of the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio. This will be the second IHG property to open in Cambodia, following Six Senses Krabey Island. The hotel is located on the top seven floors of Odom Tower, the 45-story office unit of the mixed-use development of ODOM. The hotel will have two restaurants, a rooftop bar, a lobby lounge, a pool, a fitness center, four meeting rooms and a members-only private club.

WAYSIDE INVESTMENT TO ACQUIRE TWO EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES

Wayside Investment Group has reached an agreement to acquire two Extended Stay America Suites properties in Dallas — the 118-unit hotel on Frankford Road and the 150-unit hotel on Carnaby Street in Irving. The transaction is expected to close by July-end. Wayside currently owns and operates 13 hotels in south Texas, mainly in Gulf Coast cities. The company will also open a 90-unit extended-stay hotel in Houston in August and has two more extended-stay properties under development.
 

KOLTER ACQUIRES TWO HYATT HOTELS

Kolter Hospitality, a division of The Kolter Group, has acquired two Hyatt properties — Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port and Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port — in Dania Beach, Fla. With this deal with Blackstone, the Delray Beach, Fla.-based Kolter will have 292 rooms in its portfolio. This will be Kolter’s 10th collaboration with Hyatt.

HILTON’S CONRAD HOTELS OPENS IN SHENZHEN

Hilton has opened Conrad Shenzhen in the city’s Qianhai business district. The Horoy Group is the owner of the 300-room hotel. Goettsch Partners designed the architecture and YABU Pushelberg the interiors. The hotel offers four restaurants and bars and 2,100 square meters of event space (which includes a 1,100-square-meter ballroom). Currently, Conrad Hotels has 45 properties across five continents.
