About Arcadia Consulting Vietnam

Arcadia Consulting, a boutique real estate brokerage firm established in Singapore in 2020, specializes in the marketing of exclusive local and international developments, luxury residences, investment sales brokerage, and deal sourcing. In an effort to leverage Vietnam’s increasing significance in the global supply chain, its rapidly growing economy, and the surge in the high-net-worth clientele, Arcadia Consulting has selected Vietnam as its subsequent expansion target.

Arcadia Consulting Vietnam was officially established in July 2022. The firm’s methodology encompasses comprehensive knowledge and local insight to guarantee wealth management and portfolio diversification, advisory services for residential and commercial leasing, guidance on sustainable masterplans and the built environment, training for real estate agents, and bespoke experiential luxury offerings for clients and developers.

Senior advisor

Marc has over three decades of experience in Asia real estate investment and development with leading roles for Vigers, Richard Ellis, Rockwell Land Corporation, Regus PLC and CBRE in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Manila, Phnom Penh and Hong Kong. His current roles include acting as a Senior Advisor for Asia Green Real Estate, Chairman of CBRE Cambodia and as an Independent Board member at Vinpearl JSC.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Boon Hoe brings over 20 years of experience in real estate marketing, investment brokerage, and capital sourcing. Before founding Arcadia Consulting, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at List Sotheby’s International Realty Singapore, where he established the Investment Sales division for cross-border transactions and brownfield project financing. Previously, Boon Hoe was the Managing Director at CBRE Realty Associates Pte Ltd. He started his career at CBRE Pte Ltd in 1998 as the Director for Residential Project Marketing.

Linh Arcadia

DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Linh boasts 15 years of expertise in residential leasing and asset management. She has successfully provided housing search, tenancy management and asset management services to expatriates in Vietnam by crafting tailored leasing solutions for both landlords and tenants. Linh’s career also includes a role in Bangkok, where she helped establish a leasing department. Recently, she served as Head of Sales and Leasing at a prominent prop-tech firm.
